800 years of the University
The Colleges

พบสารกัมมันตภาพรังสีในเหล็กนำเข้าจากอินเดีย

หน่วย งานของเยอรมันได้ตรวจพบ รังสีในผลิตภัณฑ์เหล็กที่ส่งออกจากอินเดียมายังเยอรมัน โดยเป็นการปนเปื้อนจากสาร Cobalt 60 การตรวจพบครั้งแรกมีขึ้นตั้งแต่เดือนสิงหาคมปี 2008 และเยอรมันไม่ได้เป็นเพียงประเทศเดียวที่ตรวจพบการปนเปื้อนแต่ยังรวมไปถึง ประเทศเนเธอร์แลนด์ สวีเดน และฝรั่งเศสด้วย

จาก การรายงานข่าวของสื่อท้องถิ่นแจ้งว่า เศษเหล็กปนเปื้อนสารกำมันตภาพรังสีที่อินเดียได้รับส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นเศษเหล็ก จากโรงงานไฟฟ้านิวเคลียร์เก่าในสหรัฐฯและรัสเซีย โดยทางกระทรวสิ่งแวดล้อมของเยอรมันก็ได้ทำการประท้วงไปยังหน่วยงานของ อินเดียแล้ว และทางหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของอินเดียก็ได้ร้องขอการสนับสนุนเพื่อทำการควบ คุมวัตถุดิบที่มีปัญหา

รมว.อุตฯ เตรียมชงมาตรการลดภาษีสรรพสามิตรรถยนต์ 3% เข้าที่ประชุม ครม.เศรษฐกิจวันนี้ โยนเผือกร้อนให้ รมว.คลังตัดสินใจ หลังพบการลดภาษีไม่ทำให้ยอดขายเพิ่มขึ้น ชี้ต้นตอยอดขายหดเกิดจากแบงก์ไม่ปล่อยสินเชื่อเช่าซื้อ "กรณ์" ผวาพฤติกรรมลอกเลียนแบบ ล่าสุด มีข่าวลือว่า ได้ถอนวาระออกไปแล้ว โดยจะเสนอมาตรการช่วยเหลือด้านสินเชื่อแทน

นายชาญชัย ชัยรุ่งเรือง รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวถึงกระแสข่าวการลดภาษีสรรพสามิตรค่ายรถยนต์ต่างชาติ 3% โดยระบุว่า ภาคเอกชนได้สอบถามถึงมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและแนวทางช่วยเหลืออุตสาหกรรม ยานยนต์ของรัฐบาลไทย ซึ่งตนเองได้ชี้แจงว่า รัฐบาลจะไม่อุ้มบางอุตสาหกรรมหรือเลือกเฉพาะราย แต่จะช่วยเหลือทั้งระบบ โดยกระทรวงจะเสนอให้คณะรัฐมนตรี (ครม.) เศรษฐกิจพิจารณามาตรการช่วยเหลือกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์วันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2552 นี้

นายสรยุทธ์ เพ็ชรตระกูล ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม กล่าวว่า กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมจะเสนอ ครม.เศรษฐกิจพิจารณาตามที่เอกชนเสนอขอให้ลดภาษีสรรพสามิตรถยนต์ 3% ส่วนการพิจารณาขึ้นอยู่กับกระทรวงการคลัง แต่จะเสนอความเห็นไปว่า การลดภาษีจะทำให้รถยนต์คันละ 6 แสนบาท ลดราคาลงได้เพียงคันละ 1.5 หมื่นบาทเท่านั้น

นอกจากนี้ การลดภาษีให้รถยนต์ทุกประเภทจะสนับสนุนรถยนต์ราคาแพงขึ้น อีกทั้งในภาวะเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน การลดภาษีอาจไม่สามารถกระตุ้นยอดขายได้ 5 หมื่นคันตามที่เอกชนคำนวณไว้ รวมทั้งอาจทำให้อุตสาหกรรมอื่นขอลดภาษีสรรพสามิตตามด้วย เช่น เครื่องปรับอากาศ แบตเตอรี่ โดยกระทรวงเห็นว่าปัญหาอยู่ผู้ซื้อรถ ขอสินเชื่อไม่ได้ ซึ่งเอกชนต้องการให้ธนาคารเฉพาะกิจของรัฐเข้ามาช่วยเหลือ จึงจะหารือกับกระทรวงการคลังต่อไป

ด้านนายกรณ์ จาติกวณิช รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง กล่าวถึงกรณีที่ผู้ประกอบการและผู้ผลิตรถยนต์เสนอให้รัฐบาลออกมาตรการช่วย เหลือเพิ่มเติม โดยการลดภาษีสรรพสามิตรถยนต์ลง 3% หรือนำค่าใช้จ่ายไปลดหย่อนภาษีได้ไม่เกิน 5 หมื่นบาท โดยระบุว่า เรื่องดังกล่าวคงต้องรอข้อเสนอจากตัวแทนของภาคเอกชน ทั้งสภาหอการค้าแห่งประเทศไทย และสภาอุตสาหกรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.อ.ท.) ซึ่งจะเป็นหน่วยงานที่กลั่นกรองข้อเสนอก่อนว่า ข้อเสนอดังกล่าวจะยุติธรรมกับทุกฝ่ายหรือเป็นประโยชน์ต่อภาคธุรกิจโดยรวม และระบบเศรษฐกิจทั้งหมดหรือไม่ ก่อนที่จะนำมาเสนอต่อที่ประชุม ครม.เศรษฐกิจพิจารณาต่อไป

ล่าสุด มีรายงานข่าวว่า ได้มีการถอนวาระการปรับลดภาษีสรรสามิตรให้ค่ายรถยนต์แล้ว โดยให้มีการพิจารณาการช่วยเหลือด้านสินเชื่อแทน โดยให้ผู้ประกอบการกลับไปหาแนวทางแล้วนำมาเสนอใหม่อีกครั้ง
